Developers Manse Opus kicked off a huge project in the Spring of 2022, a brand new business park (241,000 sq ft) located in Ansty Park, West Midlands named Prospero. They promptly agreed a forward funding deal for Apollo 69/6, alongside a joint venture between a subsidiary of Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Canmoor. Many of our windposts for this project had 'special requirements' and had to be constructed bespokely, and with precision - but our team were up to the task and only too pleased to help.
