The terms 'User', 'Website' and 'Company' that are used within this Privacy Policy are defined in our Terms & Conditions – please refer to the document for full definitions. This Privacy Policy is applicable to any personal information, which is given by the User to the Company ('User Information') via the Website and any associated sub-domains ('Sites'). Hereafter, 'You' shall mean you, the User of the Sites. 'We/Us' means the Company. This Policy is devised to help you feel more confident about the privacy and security of your personal details.

When using the Sites You may be asked to enter User Information. Such User Information will only be used for the purposes for which it was collected, for any other purposes specified at the collection point and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Google ReCaptcha
All forms, including Contact forms and Sign-up forms on the Website, are protected by Google reCAPTCHA. We use Google® reCAPTCHA, so as to ensure we keep bots away. ReCAPTCHA transmits data to Google® and Google® uses this to determine if you are a suspected bot, or truly human. Thus, reCAPTCHA serves the security of the Website and consequently also your safety. For example, without using reCAPTCHA in the registration process, a bot could easily register users’ email addresses. With reCAPTCHA we can avoid such bot attacks and therefore protect internet users in general.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the Website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service' Privacy Policy is available here. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the Website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the Website.
